The laboratory of the Micro-Reaction Division has a total area of 3,000 ㎡ and a total investment of more than 20 million CNY; it is equipped with a total of 8 sets of process-level continuous flow test modules and skid-mounted systems, and more than 60 sets of reaction and analysis testing equipment. It also has a professional process research and development team, who can meet the requirements of simultaneous research and development of multiple varieties and process development tests, analysis and post-processing required by different experimental conditions.
Through 6 years of unremitting efforts, the Micro Reaction Division has successfully developed more than 600 projects, covering nitrification reaction, peroxidation reaction, metal organic reaction, chlorination reaction, diazo reaction, catalytic hydrogenation reaction, and the success rate of research and development is as high as 75%.
